Clydebank PressA crowd of about 8000 were at Kilbowie Park to see Bankies play English FA Cup finalists Chelsea in a friendly game and curtain raiser to the season.The town council were there as were some of Chelsea's supporters who had travelled up to see their team face Aberdeen earlier in the week.Chelsea did not win at Pittodrie and surprisingly they did not win at Kilbowie either. Nicky Little captained his Bankies side to a 3-2 win over Largs Thistle on his 200th appearance for the club at Holm Park this afternoon. There was to be no fairytale for the skipper, as he was upstaged by the emergence of a new goal scorer in the shape of Connor Higgins who bagged a fine hat trick to help move the Bankies up to fifth place in the table.
